Job summary

Conch Technologies Inc. is seeking a Marketing Cloud QA professional for a fully remote, 12+ month contract.

The role focuses on QA/testing across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Campaigns, Journeys, and data extensions, with a strong emphasis on test case development and defect documentation. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborate with technical and business teams, and contribute to high-volume email campaigns and marketing automation testing efforts.

Qualifications

3+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Data Extensions.
Experience testing email campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and automated communications.
Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and documenting defects.
Strong understanding of data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication and analytical skills across technical and business teams.
