Job summary

Ai4 - Artificial Intelligence Conferences is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Operations Support professional. You will help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage a broad range of day-to-day projects from a remote US base.

We require at least 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, US-based remote role within a growing AI conference team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous marketing work experience
• Preferred: startup experience (fewer than 50 people)
• Preferred: experience at an event organization
• Well-rounded marketing and operations skill set, including Email & SMS marketing
• Proficient with email platforms and social media support
• Data entry and spreadsheet management
• Event/registration platform experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Self-motivated to work remotely with strong time management
• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and learning new tools
• Strong written and oral communication
• Willingness to travel for events and planning meetings

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across channels, including email and SMS.
• Provide operational support for day-to-day projects.
• Support data entry, dashboards, and analytics for decisions.
• Assist with attendee and sponsor communications and the 1:1 meeting program.
• Handle event-platform administration and coordinate marketing activities.
• Collaborate via Slack and Zoom and deliver results on tight deadlines.
