Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Marketing Associate to join Safeware’s growing marketing team. This remote Ohio-based role supports multi-channel campaigns, HubSpot optimization, content development, and cross-departmental initiatives to drive awareness and lead generation.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 1–3 years of marketing experience, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related Business field.
• 1–3 years of professional marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM required; HubSpot certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, print, social, events).
• Manage and optimize HubSpot deployment, including emails, workflows, landing pages, and reporting.
• Support content creation, collateral, and messaging aligned with brand and goals.
• Coordinate promotions and communications for events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Assist with data analysis to track metrics and ROI; support marketing operations.
