Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team. This role focuses on executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing HubSpot, and developing content to support lead generation and brand goals.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners, create marketing materials, and coordinate events. A marketing or related degree with 1–3 years experience is preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills throughout.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM; certifications preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, print, social, and events) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Help manage and optimize HubSpot—including email, workflow automation, sales sequences, landing pages, reporting, list segmentation, data maintenance, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop content, creative assets, and messaging that align with Safeware’s brand and business goals.
  • Assist with the creation of presentations, collateral, and marketing materials for internal teams, sales partners, and clients.
  • Help coordinate promotions and communications for marketing and sales events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Support reporting and data analysis to track key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Help manage fulfillment and coordination of promotional materials and other marketing assets.
  • Serve as a “pinch hitter” for special projects—adapting quickly and contributing across a wide range of marketing functions.
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing tools, trends, and best practices, especially within HubSpot and digital marketing platforms.
