Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a junior marketing assistant to support the creative team with content creation, asset management, and campaign coordination. The role emphasizes Canva-based material, social media support, and documentation across projects.

You'll work closely with the Creative Director and content strategists, gaining hands-on experience in branding, asset organization, and AI-powered workflows while developing a broad marketing skill set.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related activities.
• No formal degree required; relevant experience and portfolio valued.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools to create and format basic marketing materials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and openness to learn additional marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for coordinating tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail in reviewing content and preparing materials for publication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, editing, and formatting marketing materials using Canva and other tools.
• Support the Creative Director, Content Strategist, designers, and marketing leads with ongoing initiatives.
• Schedule, publish, and coordinate content across social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal activities.
• Organize and maintain the department's digital asset library with proper naming and categorization.
• Update project tracking tools and monitor progress to support timely completion.
• Conduct research on campaigns, products, competitors, and audiences to inform decisions.
• Proofread and format materials before publication to ensure consistency and brand standards.
• Help develop SOPs, templates, and internal marketing documentation.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding when needed.
