Association Resource Group is seeking a Marketing & Strategic Growth Coordinator in the United States. This role focuses on content production, graphic design, campaign operations, events, and AI-enabled workflows, turning strategy into on-brand deliverables and ensuring campaigns and partner initiatives are completed accurately and on time.

The role requires proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, experience with generative AI tools, strong writing and organizational skills, and comfort

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished marketing materials.
• Experience using generative AI tools for marketing, content, design support, research, and workflow improvement.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and visual judgment with brand standards.
• Excellent organizational and project-coordination skills with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Comfort working with CRM and marketing automation teams, campaign reporting, and digital platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, balancing Strategic Growth and marketing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Create polished, brand-compliant marketing materials (graphics, event promos, one-pagers, emails, presentations).
• Maintain templates and adapt creative across channels while preserving brand standards; support short-form video editing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting and workflow efficiency with human review.
• Document AI-assisted workflows and seek opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, asset library, and SOPs.
• Coordinate email campaigns, social, landing pages, lists, assets, and reporting with marketing leadership.
• Coordinate case-study interviews and publication workflows.
• Plan and execute regional/partner events, from invitations to post-event follow-up.
• Support major events and MDF tracking, sponsor assets, and deadlines.
• Support referrals and partner initiatives with collateral and meeting materials.
• Prepare recurring marketing performance reports and coordinate external vendors.
