Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Creative Strategist based in the United States. You will lead the creative engine behind paid user acquisition for an AI-powered fitness app, producing AI-assisted ads and UGC content while aligning with brand guidelines.

You will test, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads, and build scalable AI production workflows for high-volume creative output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in performance creative, creative strategy, growth marketing, or related field with paid social campaigns.
• Portfolio of personally conceived and produced campaigns with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered image/video tools with scalable workflows.
• Proficiency in professional design and video editing software; ability to produce platform-ready assets.
• Strong copywriting, hooks, scripts, headlines with performance-backed outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative acquisition strategies translating audience insights into compelling concepts.
• Own the creative testing roadmap with prioritized hypotheses and sequencing.
• Produce AI-powered advertising content (static, video, UGC) across platforms.
• Scale production with multiple variations across formats, lengths, languages, and specs.
• Write persuasive ad copy, scripts, headlines, and on-screen text for campaigns and pages.
• Manage creative testing with Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads; optimize results.
