Job summary

Xometry Europe GmbH is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our content marketing team. You will localise content across seven worldwide websites using AI tools and translate content into 17 languages, while supporting Sales with materials and lead research.

The role reports to the Director of Content Marketing and offers remote, full-time work in a multinational team. You’ll automate repetitive tasks, publish YouTube content, and contribute to marketing operations, dashboards, and regional

Qualifications

At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or content marketing, ideally in B2B.
Professional-level English, written and spoken.
Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT or similar) as a core part of daily workflow.
Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Workspace, and design tools such as Figma or Adobe.

Responsibilities

Localise content and manage content across multiple websites and languages.
Help automate localisation workflows and suggest improvements.
Publish videos on YouTube on request of regional marketers.
Create performance reports and monthly funnel breakdown for all regions.
Design Sales presentations (Google Slides) and conduct lead research in Cognism.
Support day-to-day marketing operations (email banners, merchandise sourcing, expenses).
Coordinate parts-order projects.
