Haven & King Law Firm, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies, create promotional content, and manage the firm’s online presence in a hybrid/remote setup in Diamond Bar, CA.

The role supports attorneys on branding and business development projects and requires strong communication, organization, and digital marketing know-how. The ideal candidate may be a marketing student or graduate with hands-on experience in Canva, WordPress, and

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media marketing is preferred.
• Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the law firm.
• Create marketing materials, newsletters, brochures, and promotional content.
• Manage and update the firm's website and social media platforms.
• Draft and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, and other social media platforms.
• Assist with SEO, online advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate seminars, webinars, networking events, and community outreach.
• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and marketing performance.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other marketing vendors.
• Support attorneys with branding and business development initiatives.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
