SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Marketing and Pursuit Resources Manager to lead regional MPR teams in CTO and Gulf Coast subregions, partnering with operations, technical staff, and business development to advance growth.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on pursuit work, guiding opportunity positioning, resource planning, proposal development, interviews, and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressively responsible experience, including experience managing others.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing, and motivating team members with varying levels of experience.
• Collaboration with operations and business development for capture planning.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with operational and technical leaders.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, proofreading, writing, and document quality skills.
• Ability to manage processes, projects, and department initiatives with competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
