Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a remote contract administrator and marketing assistant. The role focuses on CRM upkeep, email marketing using Mailchimp, Canva-designed social content, and supporting content planning. You will communicate via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email while working independently and contributing creative marketing ideas.

The position is part-time, about 10 hours weekly initially, with potential to grow as the business scales. A proactive, organized self-starter will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in virtual assistance, CRM management, and general business administration.
• Strong skills in Canva and Mailchimp.
• Demonstrated ability in social media content creation and visual design.
• Highly proactive approach with the ability to offer creative marketing suggestions and collaborate on strategy.
• Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a reliable, self-motivated work style.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (handover and training can be provided).

Responsibilities

• Keep CRM and sales leads up to date for accurate tracking.
• Assist daily admin tasks including follow-ups on invoices.
• Attend a weekly catch-up to review leads and set priorities.
• Design and send a monthly Mailchimp newsletter with brand-consistent design.
• Create Canva social posts and help implement the content plan.
• Contribute marketing ideas and stay current with trends.
