Socket.dev is seeking a Marketing Account Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will be the bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring briefs are complete, assets collected, and deadlines met.

You will translate client vision into actionable tasks, manage expectations on both sides, and maintain strong communication across teams to deliver on-brand creative work on time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a marketing agency or project management role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; explain 'creative speak' to clients and 'client speak' to creatives.
• Strong organization with PM tools and a proactive follow-up approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting client priorities while keeping the creative team aligned.

Responsibilities

• Client intake & onboarding: Meet with clients to kick off new projects, identify needs, and gather collateral.
• The 'Creative Filter': Translate requests into clear, organized briefs for the creative team.
• Project Liaison: Primary client-creative communications and implement revisions from feedback.
• Deadline Management: Maintain the project calendar and ensure on-time delivery of final work.
• Quality Control: Review outputs against the initial client request to ensure requirements are met.
