Job summary

Wright Technical Services seeks an experienced business-development professional to launch and grow client relationships as a Talent Solutions Manager (TSM). You will lead from first contact through signed agreement, then collaborate with senior teams to expand relationships and deliver outstanding recruiting results.

This fully remote role builds a local market with a professional home office and active industry involvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT or engineering staffing sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Able to work independently from a fully remote home office.
• Opened new accounts and created business from the ground up.
• Four-year college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a focused pipeline of target accounts.
• Connect with decision-makers and uncover talent challenges.
• Create consistent outreach across phone, email, video, and in-person channels.
• Lead discovery meetings by video and meet in person when local.
• Bring in leadership for strategic solution meetings.
• Negotiate and secure new client agreements.
• Lead new-account kickoffs aligning client, recruiting team, and delivery.
• Join job-intake calls to translate client needs into searches.
• Keep client records and communication history accurate in the CRM.
• Deliver against defined success criteria.
• Represent Wright at local industry events and attend at least two per month.
• Represent Wright at company-sponsored volunteer events.
• Travel quarterly to Wright’s Cleveland headquarters for collaboration.
