Job summary

CivicScience is seeking a Market Research Analyst to support our consumer insights platform. The role blends research methodology with storytelling to deliver dashboards, client-ready reports, and compelling summaries across diverse industries.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in market research, strong analytics skills, and experience with Excel, R, SQL, and cloud data warehouses. This is a fully remote position with ETZ preferences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of market research, data science, social science, or related field
• Strong understanding of survey research methodology, quantitative data analysis, statistics and related terms
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail, written communication and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with R, SQL, Snowflake, and cloud data warehouses is preferred
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects of varying scope and frequency in support of client and stakeholder needs
• Build and maintain dashboards to track polling data and export key information for internal and external reporting
• Interpret research findings and write accurate, engaging summaries
• Create professional, client-ready reports and presentations
• Provide timely updates on assigned projects and advise teammates of progress or delays
• Collaborate on process improvements for reporting and analysis while troubleshooting independently
