Job summary

Clera is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to translate data into actionable guidance for customer success, product, and engineering across a B2B AdTech client. Build dashboards, define KPIs, and design scalable analytics systems.

This fully remote-friendly role has a primary location in Little Rock, AR and requires availability during Pacific Time business hours. Expect 9+ years in analytics, strong SQL and Python, dashboard tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker), and AdTech

Qualifications

9+ years of analytics or data science with measurement/attribution expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, CS).
Strong SQL and Python; Excel proficiency for data analysis.
Experience building and presenting dashboards with Metabase, Tableau, Looker.
AdTech industry experience; TV measurement is a plus.
Excellent client-facing communication; able to manage multiple projects with high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform client decisions.
Define KPIs and learning plans aligned with marketing objectives.
Design analytics systems enabling scalable analysis across use cases.
Work with customer data to surface insights and optimization opportunities.
Develop observational analytics with multi-dimensional exploration and experiments.
Gather requirements, communicate findings, and manage client relationships.
Present insights to business and technical audiences clearly.
Collaborate with product and engineering to improve measurement offerings.
