Job summary

CivicScience, a consumer analytics and advertising platform, is seeking a Market Research Analyst to support its insights platform. You will design poll questions, build dashboards, interpret findings, and craft client-ready reports, adapting your storytelling to diverse industries.

The role is remote with preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in market research, strong survey methodology knowledge, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in market research, data science, social science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of survey research methodology, quantitative data analysis, statistics.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate asynchronously in a distributed team.
• Experience with R, SQL, and cloud data warehouses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client and stakeholder projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track polling data and reporting.
• Interpret findings and write engaging summaries.
• Create professional client-ready reports and presentations.
• Provide timely project updates and manage delays.
• Improve reporting processes through troubleshooting and independent problem-solving.
