Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the local Market Manager team in the St. Louis area and participate hands-on in sales and recruitment with candidates and clients.
• Drive end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle activities to promote workforce staffing solutions.
• Promote services through video and in-person meetings with clients and prospects.
