Ultimate Staffing Services, a leading staffing firm, is seeking a Market Manager for the St. Louis, MO area. This largely remote role combines sales leadership with hands-on recruitment to build strong client partnerships and place top talent across administrative, customer service, and HR roles.

You will manage a local team, drive business development, and execute end-to-end staffing cycles, leveraging video and in-person meetings to deliver exceptional results with a focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
• Resident in Greater St. Louis area preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Specifically in this role, the Market Manager oversees the local team for the business line but also participates hands‑on in the sales and recruitment efforts with our candidates and clients in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Market Manager uses end-to-end recruiting and full‑sales cycle skills to promote our workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects through a combination of video and in‑person meetings.
