Job summary

Amrize seeks a Market Manager, Cement to lead strategy and growth for the Dallas territory from a home office. You will drive business development, provide basic technical service, and lead the territory's marketing and sales within the Business Unit.

The role requires 3-5 years in construction materials, cement sales preferred, and proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and Qlikview. Travel 10–20%; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Field of study: Business, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• 3-5 years in the construction materials industry; cement sales preferred.
• Sandler sales training and certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview.
• Travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and sustains a business strategy to gain or protect market share.
• Provides basic technical service to Amrize customers in the territory.
• Leads territory marketing and sales efforts within the Business Unit.
• Monitors quality and performance of Amrize products in the territory.
• Gathers territory intelligence and maintains a pipeline of customers.
