Oldcastle is seeking a Market Manager for a remote role within Kansas. The position acts as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring quality service and timely product delivery while developing strong client relationships across the territory.

You will develop annual business plans, oversee pricing and receivables, and provide value-added support to customers. The role requires 4-year degree and 5+ years in sales/operations/technical service in construction or related fields.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in marketing, business, management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, operations, or technical service in construction or related roles.
• Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to drive incident management and analyze customer requirements to ensure responsive service.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Develop annual business plans for territory with pricing objectives and receivables management.
• Manage customer accounts with accurate pricing, payment terms, and DSO control.
• Lead price negotiations with customers to maximize mutual benefit.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts for each account using standard tools.
• Build strong relationships with customers to grow loyalty and brand reputation.
• Represent the company in industry associations and manage travel budgets.
