Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, reporting, analytics, or related finance roles.
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or Medicare Advantage.
• Strong trend analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and support operational leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and complex financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization of Medicare Advantage performance via analytics and insights.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, dashboards, and reports.
• Support regional bid strategy, plan design, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Corporate Finance on capitation accruals, forecasting, and close processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and standardization.
• Translate business needs into data definitions and analytic models.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Present findings to finance and non‑finance audiences to influence decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strong controls.
