Job summary

You will translate market data and trends into recommendations supporting operational outcomes for the Regional VP of Operations.

The role combines hands-on analysis with coaching, leading a team and collaborating with Corporate Finance, Product, and Actuarial partners. This remote role offers regional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, reporting or analytics experience.
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or Medicare Advantage preferred.
• Strong trend analysis, forecasting and performance reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and support operational leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills and complex financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization of Medicare Advantage performance through analytics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, dashboards, and reports.
• Support regional bid strategy, plan design, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance on capitation accruals and close process.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.
• Translate business needs into data definitions and analytic models.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure timely deliverables.
• Present findings to finance and non‑finance audiences to influence decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strong controls.
