Humana Inc. seeks a Strategy Advancement Advisor to support Medicare Advantage strategy development and growth initiatives. You deconstruct issues, perform targeted research, craft recommendations, and shape implementation with business owners.

You will work with executives and leaders across Humana, focusing on enrollment growth and investment trade-offs in a dynamic healthcare context. You will analyze markets, customers, and competitors, deliver strategic insights, and help translate analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials.
4-6+ years in strategy development or related roles such as consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or finance.
Strong problem-solving and ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilités

Manage analysis and work streams within high-profile strategy projects.
Lead interviews and sessions with Medicare/Medicaid leaders and others across the org.
Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses.
Scope and analyze customer and broker research to develop strategic insights.
Create high-quality analysis and deliverables that frame objectives and findings.
Collaborate with team members and leaders across Humana.
