Generac Power Systems is seeking a Market Development Manager to grow the company’s residential ecosystem in the Northeastern United States. The role focuses on converting solar and generator installers into Generac customers for PWRmicro, PWRcell, and other Generac products.

You will develop regional strategies, drive adoption through the distribution network, and build a robust pipeline of new accounts while supporting existing ones.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of solar industry experience.
• Ability to travel 30-60% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Identify, engage, and convert solar, storage, and generator installers into Generac ecosystem customers.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize share and margin; differentiate Generac products.
• Expand the customer base by identifying new partners and developing new customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new key accounts; 80% new account development and 20% account management.
