Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Market Development Manager for Dental Solutions in the United States and Canada to drive adoption of custom digital procedures and grow the Dental DSO segment. You will lead a new field-based Procedure Adoption Consultant team and coordinate with Global Marketing, USAC Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing and Education to implement strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish a field-based Procedure Adoption Consultant team to drive doctor and patient adoption of digital procedures.
• Define regional strategy to grow the Dental DSO segment and manage portfolio and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate activities across Dental Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing and Education to accelerate growth.
• Generate insights and liaise with global and cross-functional teams.
