Job summary

Yes Energy is seeking a Customer Support & Market Data Specialist II to support external users and internal teams with complex data inquiries. You will troubleshoot using SQL and API tools and help customers optimize their use of our data analytics platform.

In this role you will document interactions, participate in an on-call rotation with additional compensation, and contribute to sustaining high-quality customer relationships while advancing Yes Energy’s market data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, helpdesk, or technical sales roles.
• Experience using CRM software (Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line expert for external users and internal teams, resolving complex issues.
• Consult with users to optimize tool usage for their needs.
• Use SQL and API products to troubleshoot data problems.
• Educate users on key features and benefits, translating capabilities into value.
• Collaborate with Product Management to improve user experience.
• Document all interactions in the help desk system and meet SLAs.
