Qualifications

• 5+ years advising CLIA laboratories on market access strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CMS/HHS guidelines and MolDx basics.
• Experience engaging with trade associations and policy groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple cross‑functional initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor on coding, coverage, and payment strategy for products.
• Lead operational implementation of reimbursement requirements and reporting.
• Advise on federal/state health policy affecting laboratory diagnostics and CMS policy.
• Monitor policy developments and translate into business implications and actions.
• Represent Abbott in trade associations and advocacy groups to support patient access.
