Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in market access, payer strategy, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or billing mgmt in healthcare services.
• Knowledge of regulatory billing requirements and CMS guidelines.
• Experience with payer policies and claims performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payer, claims, reimbursement, and billing performance; prioritize issues based on volume and impact.
• Coordinate resolution strategies across KAMs, Revenue Cycle, and billing partners; support ADLT workflows.
• Provide reimbursement guidance, education, tools, and issue support to field teams; translate issues into process improvements.
