We Are Legal Revolution in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a litigation associate (2–3 years) to handle maritime, transportation and insurance disputes in a fully remote role. You will manage matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in depositions and hearings while developing case strategy.

Qualificações

• 2 to 3 years of insurance defense and/or civil litigation experience; plaintiff-side experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to manage cases through key litigation milestones, including trial and appeal as applicable.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills; writing sample(s) required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Responsabilidades

• Manage matters from inception through resolution, including trial and appeal as applicable.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions; handle legal research and develop case strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation events.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders with professionalism and sound judgment.
