This is a 100% litigation position suited to an attorney who wants hands-on responsibility, strong writing opportunities, and the chance to build subject‑matter depth in a niche litigation area.

REQUIREMENTS

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Interest in maritime law and transportation-related disputes, including cargo matters.
• Experience with marine insurance coverage litigation, maritime personal injury, or related maritime disputes.
• Interest in client relationship development and contributing to the growth of a specialized litigation practice.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with profit sharing.
• Medical insurance (100% coverage for a Kaiser plan), plus dental and vision insurance.
• Bonus structure described as starting at $1,650; after approximately 18 months, strong performance can support bonuses in the $20,000 to $30,000 range.
