We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate for a Bay Area, remote-friendly role focusing on maritime and transportation litigation. You will manage cases from initial investigation to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, and handle discovery and depositions while engaging directly with insurers and industry clients.

The role offers a true specialist platform with exposure to senior partners, a strong industry reputation, and long-term growth in a boutique setting.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience.
• Strong drafting, research, discovery, and deposition skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cases from early investigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and coverage analyses.
• Handle written discovery and depositions.
• Work on casualty, cargo, injury, and insurance disputes.
• Support trial and appellate work where needed.
• Communicate directly with insurer, transportation, and industry clients.
