• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Solid understanding of diverse manufacturing environments and role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify skilled manufacturing professionals for remote AI expert roles.
• Generate referrals and source process engineers, machinists, and related specialists.
• Screen and refer candidates based on role briefs and selection criteria.
• Facilitate clear communication between candidates and the customer’s team.
• Document sourcing activities in an organized, trackable manner.
• Share market insights to improve sourcing strategy.
• Work independently and adhere to laws and best practices.
