• Proven ability to conduct Boolean sourcing, candidate screening, and bar verification.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple legal practice areas.
• Strong networking skills and established legal/professional network.
• Experience in contract staffing and confidentiality management.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage candidate pipelines independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top-tier attorneys, in-house counsel, and paralegals for paid part-time, remote roles training and evaluating AI systems for our customer’s team
• Generate and cultivate professional referrals within your legal network
• Screen candidates for bar verification, practice-area fit, and contract suitability
• Facilitate communication between candidates and the customer’s team, ensuring a seamless process
• Document all recruitment activities and maintain detailed candidate records
• Share market insights and candidate trends to inform sourcing strategy
