Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including building design, plant layout development, workflow optimization, and operational support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and process simulation software.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows, production schedules, and processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Work with Project Manager, contractors, local operations staff and suppliers on new equipment supply, installation, and upgrades.
• Design efficient floor plans and facility layouts using CAD or simulation software.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate labor standards.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate equipment performance and work with maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
