You will coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EH&S to optimize processes and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and leadership across all levels, with visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and root cause analysis.
• Budget awareness and P&L knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations at the Buhl Plant to meet SQDV goals.
• Foster a safety-first culture and drive safety improvements with EH&S.
• Develop and sustain standard work across processes.
• Drive cost reductions, labor optimization and expense control.
• Collaborate with Procurement on cost, quality and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop the operations team and leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training programs.
• Lead RMS implementation with visual boards and Kaizen events.
• Provide plant performance reporting and issue resolution.
