Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing operations experience (including internships/co-ops).
• Experience creating standard work and value-added/non-value-added cycle time data collection/analysis; operator balancing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and cycle time observations across manufacturing processes.
• Record and validate manual and automated process times using standard IE methods.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and variability.
• Support development of standard work and labor benchmarks.
• Assist in building and maintaining capacity models.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
• Prepare reports and visualizations summarizing findings and recommendations.
