Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting or finance.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with one or more common manufacturing ERP software solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience incorporating AI tools into professional work.
• Excellent decision-making skills with a proven record of making well informed decisions.
• Excellent collaboration with peers during planning and execution.
• Strong information processing, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth research to develop technical solutions.
• Proven track record of ERP implementations and supply chain optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to manufacturing clients to maximize profitability.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and forecasts to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop FP&A results by sector and region and track initiatives.
• Advise on inventory management, ERP integration, and supply chain optimization.
• Design and implement internal controls and compliance frameworks for manufacturing.
• Develop forward-looking financial strategies, forecasts, and models for growth.
