Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Applications Engineer in Cincinnati, OH to lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and post-installation support for in-process balancing and control products on customers' precision grinding machines.

You will accompany sales reps to customer sites, tailor demonstrations to grinding applications, and install products while running live demonstrations. Remote role with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry.
• Technical high school diploma or university degree in engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to travel weekly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and post-installation support.
• Accompany sales reps to customer sites and tailor demonstrations to grinding applications.
• Install products on customers' machines and run live demonstrations.
• Provide ongoing technical support to ensure performance and close sales.
• Oversee on-site setup and tuning of installed products.
• Serve as the technical bridge between customer, sales, and product teams.
