Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry.
• High school diploma or university degree in engineering or a related field.
• U.S. work authorization required (Green Card or valid work visa).
• Willingness to travel weekly to customer sites; several days per trip.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and post-installation support for our in-process balancing and control products on customers' precision grinding machines.
• Accompany sales representatives to customer sites and deliver technical presentations tailored to each customer's grinding application.
• Install company products on customers' grinding machines and run live, in-process demonstrations.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting after the demo to ensure performance and secure the final sale.
• Oversee on-site setup and fine-tuning of installed products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the technical bridge between the customer, the sales team, and the product.
