Job summary

Milan Institute-Nampa is seeking a skilled Manicure Instructor to join our faculty in the United States. You will deliver high-quality instruction, design engaging lesson plans, and mentor students as they develop manicure skills and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities include theoretical and hands-on teaching across nail care, art, and sanitation, modeling safe techniques, and providing feedback. A valid cosmetology license and 3+ years of experience are required, with teaching experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manicurist or cosmetology license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years professional manicuring experience.
• Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum and objectives.
• Provide theoretical and practical instruction in nail care, nail art, manicure techniques, and sanitation.
• Model proper techniques, safety practices, and industry standards.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that engages students.
• Supervise hands-on sessions and provide guidance during lab work.
• Assess progress via evaluations, exams, and projects with constructive feedback.
