ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Mandarin interpreter for a fully remote, full-time contractor role. You will interpret between Mandarin and English, joining an international team and providing accurate, confidential interpretations from your home office.

The ideal candidate has strong listening and note-taking skills, at least two years of experience, and the ability to adapt vocabulary to healthcare and medical terms.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 2 years of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain accuracy
• Ability to render concepts per interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication when requested

Responsabilités

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct
• Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary (especially healthcare and medical terminology)
• Participate in internal professional training
• Communicate and report to your team leader
