Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 2 years of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking to ensure accuracy.
• Render concepts accurately per interpretation protocols; avoid omissions/additions.
• Explain cultural concepts when needed to prevent miscommunication.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally per interpreter code of conduct.
• Familiar with healthcare and medical terminology.
• Participate in internal training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
