Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY.
• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months customer service experience.
• Strong data entry and telephone skills; team-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from consumers per procedures.
• Process new health care applications via phone including eligibility.
• Document inquiries in the applicable systems.
• Facilitate translation services for non-English callers.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff when needed.
• Meet QA and performance metrics.
