Maximus is hiring Bi-lingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support the NYS of Health (NYSOH) team. This remote role requires residency within 100 miles of New York, NY, and includes comprehensive paid training to ensure strong knowledge and professional service for New Yorkers navigating health plans.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, processing applications, and providing translation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for speaking, reading and translation.
• High school diploma or GED required, plus relevant experience.
• Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls from the general public and enrollees per established standards.
• Document inquiries and process applications for health coverage by phone.
• Assist callers with materials via mail, email, or download and coordinate translations.
