Maximus is hiring for Bilingual Cantonese Customer Service Representatives to join our New York State of Health (NYSOH) team. This is a remote opportunity requiring residency within 100 miles of New York, NY. CSRs help New Yorkers navigate healthcare plans with care, accuracy, and empathy.

Maximus provides paid training to ensure reps deliver knowledgeable, respectful service. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist members with plan selections, and connect customers to the right resources

Maximus is currently hiring for Bilingual Cantonese Customer Service Representatives to join our New York State of Health (NYSOH) team. This is a remote opportunity requiring residency within 100 miles of New York, NY.
