Job summary

Maximus is hiring bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representatives to join our New York State of Health team. This is a remote role requiring residency within 100 miles of New York, NY, and includes paid training and comprehensive benefits.

You will handle inbound calls, assist enrollees with applications, translate for non-English speakers, document interactions, and work with safety and privacy policies. Fluent Mandarin and English are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages is required.
• Ability to handle calls, document inquiries, and translate for non-English speakers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from consumers and enrollees following policies and privacy rules.
• Process applications and changes, and refer to appropriate entities per guidelines.
• Translate for non-English speakers and document interactions in systems.
• Meet QA and performance targets and follow safety standards.
