Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental studies or related field.
• 4–6 years (5–10 preferred) of experience in permitting FERC-regulated capital development projects.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate technical documents and present findings to clients/regulatory agencies.
• Experience with federal, state, and local permitting for development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead author on FERC resource reports and permitting deliverables.
• Research, analyze, and compile data for permit applications and regulatory reports.
• Engage with regulatory agencies such as FERC, USFWS, USACE, EPA, and others.
• Ensure quality control and compliance across all FERC-related applications and documentation.
