Remote work is available with relocation bonuses for Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate is a seasoned immigration attorney with strong leadership, feedback, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in immigration law.
• Experience supervising attorneys in a law firm.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to give direct, specific feedback and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal strategy guidance across the firm’s immigration practice areas and review case strategy.
• Supervise, mentor, and train attorneys and staff; lead recruitment and hiring across departments.
• Conduct performance reviews and track performance metrics with managers.
• Build and maintain trust-based client relationships, addressing concerns with clear strategy communication.
• Oversee remote attorneys and coordinate with department leaders on cross-team initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports for firm leadership (CEO/COO).
