The University of Miami is seeking a Manager, Sponsored Programs (Post Award) to oversee post-award grant administration for the UHealth cancer center. You will manage expenditures, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines and internal controls.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, you will lead a team, coordinate with faculty and central offices, and optimize financial processes using Workday. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees post-award administration of sponsored programs.
• Manages expenditures, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensures compliance with sponsor guidelines and internal controls.
• Leads a team and coordinates with faculty and central offices.
• Uses Workday financials for grant management and reporting.
• Develops and enforces post-award policies and training.
