Qualifications

• Requires leading process automation, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across large-scale industrial operations.
• Experience managing multi-site project portfolios and external vendors/partners.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic automation and optimization projects to achieve safety, operational, and financial objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives with prioritization, budget control, and schedule adherence.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, IT, metallurgy, and digital teams to design, deploy, and sustain optimization solutions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption.
• Develop scopes, business cases, cost estimates, and implementation plans; track realized value.
• Lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and technology providers; monitor KPIs and value realization.
